Folium Gut Gummies
Paleo, anti-inflammatory, low FODMAP, SIBO friendly
Ingredients
2 tbsp Australian grass fed gelatin
4 tbsp water
1 tbsp Braggs apple cider vinegar (or any ACV that contains the mother)
1/2 lemon juiced lemon
1 tsp local honey (optional)
Method
On a low heat combine gelatin and water and stir until the gelatin is dissolved, then remove from the heat and stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Set in a silicon mould for 2 hours in the fridge so the gummies set.
Enjoy as a snack or 15 minutes before meals to stimulate stomach acid production for better digestion.
