Tomato, Nectarine & Sheep Feta Salad

Ingredients

100g sheep feta 

4-5 organic tomatoes, sliced 

3 nectarines, sliced 

1 bunch basil leaves 

Drizzle of olive oil 

Drizzle of balsamic vinegar 

Salt and pepper to taste 

Method

Layer tomato and nectarine slices on a plate

Crumble the feta over the slices

Tuck basil leaves in between groups of the tomato and nectarine slices

Drizzle with olive oil & balsamic vinegar

Crack salt and pepper over the top to serve ~
