TAMARI LIME GINGER FISH

Gluten free, Dairy free

2 fillets white fish (whiting, bream, snapper, barramundi)

¼ cup gluten free tamari sauce

2–4 tablespoon lime juice

Sesame or avocado oil (about 1 tbsp)

1 tbsp honey

Black pepper and sea salt

2–3 slices of fresh ginger.

Optional- chili flakes

Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl

Pour dressing over fillets in a tray and bake for 10-15 minutes

Serve with steamed / stir fried seasonal vegetables // jasmine rice
