TURMERIC  BANANA PANCAKES

Gluten free, Lactose Free

Makes 5- 6 pancakes

Ingredients

2 mashed ripe bananas 

1 egg 

½ cup almond meal 

½ cup buckwheat flour  

¼ tsp gluten free baking powder 

½ tsp turmeric 

1 tsp cinnamon 

½ tsp nutmeg 

Crack of salt 

2 tablespoons coconut oil 

Method

Mix mashed banana, egg,  and coconut oil

Add dry ingredients and mix

Fry in rounds on a pan either in ghee, grass-fed butter or coconut oil

Top with coconut yoghurt, honey, berries, or toppings of your choice ~
